Understanding the ShopForPerfumes Return Policy

When it comes to returns, ShopForPerfumes strives to provide a seamless experience for its valued customers. We understand that sometimes expectations may not align perfectly with reality, and you may wish to return a product. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns : To initiate a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  2. Time Frame for Returns: ShopForPerfumes allows you to initiate a return within 3 days of the purchase date. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization if your request meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. We will accept return of Retail Packs only if they are in the same condition as we sent them ( Sealed in its Original Packing). We won’t accept return or replacement if the cellophane is tampered  and you did not like the product or find it weak or any other reason. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
    1. The item may be damaged during transit.
    2. That a wrong item is delivered to you.
    3. There might be a manufacturing defect.

  1. Refund Options Depending on the situation, ShopForPerfumes offers two main options for refunds:
    • Original Payment Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.
    • Store Credit: In certain cases, you might opt for a store credit instead of a refund to explore other delightful products in our collection.
  2. Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated at this stage. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.
